Elevate Photography
Growing up in Great Falls, Montana, McCory learned to appreciate art at
an early age. His grandfather was a well-known painter and sculpture and
his mom loved to decorate homes. After a college photography class,
McCory was hooked. In his free time, he took pictures whenever and
wherever he could. McCory worked as a web designer for many years before
making his passion his life’s work. In 2003, Elevate Photography was
born. Since that time, McCory has photographed dozens of wedding
throughout Colorado and beyond. His outgoing personality and laid-back
style lends itself to capturing your special day without any stress.
McCory is the former President of the American Society of Media
Photographers (ASMP) Colorado Chapter and a member of Wedding and
Portrait Photographers International (WPPI). His work has been featured
in numerous publications, including The Knot, Modern Bride and the book
“Plan Your Wedding…In No Time”. In his free time, McCory enjoys
traveling, soccer, hiking, skiing and spending time with his wife,
Kelly, and sons, Landon and Carson.
