I have been in the food industry for over 25 years, most of my experience has been in fine dining. I have worked with some of the finest and talented  award winning chefs in many different states. Being surrounded by such amazing sought after talent lent itself to many VIP guests. The knowledge and hands on experience I gained from such diverse executive chefs, I was able to pass along to my many guests. I learned very early on in my career that adequate wasn’t okay, and not an option. This began my journey for perfection.Whether it was the precise placement of the wine and water glass, or the aliment of the silverware “everything has a place, everything in its place” became words to live by.Food & wine pairing are a very important component for many events. I am very fortunate I had the opportunity to work side by side with one of the most well respected and sought after sommelier. The knowledge and exposure to many different varietals was and remains invaluable.I have always enjoyed decorating. Living in several different states, I was exposed to many different styles, colors & themes.
